Pizza delicious. Staff very friendly. Unfortunately the waiting time was too long if you pick it up yourself and the wrong pizza was delivered today.

Long waiting time, unfriendly staff, pizza is okay ... there are much better alternatives in the region!

Unfortunately, I'm torn with this review. Why 3 stars? For the positive: The pizza was super delicious the 2 times we had it delivered from there and also came in a normal time frame. On the negative: We had already ordered twice from Lieferando here. With the first order it worked so far, albeit with a little headwind because we live a little further away. But just today I placed an order through Lieferando again and after about 45 minutes I received a call that it didn't work because we are not in the delivery area. The delivery area is not visible on the homepage, so I ordered there anyway. Unfortunately, there was still no insight from the boss there. Now I am allowed to contact Lieferando customer service because I will not receive the order and have to claim my money back. Duration up to 10 days. The employee was very friendly, but even after repeated inquiries from his boss, he did not receive any approval to deliver the delivery anyway. It's a shame, as we're just 2 minutes by car from the delivery area. An exception would certainly have been possible. If that should change again in the future or if something is more accommodating here, I will be happy to correct the rating upwards.

Hands down best pizza and pasta in Ulm and Neu Ulm. The delivery always comes piping hot. The staff are really courteous and even compensate if for some reason your order delivery is delayed. Pizza mafia should be a definite for those who like a little spice in their lives. strozzapreti e tacchino is a very tasty pasta. You won't go wrong by having a portion of Tiramisu as dessert.

Don't order there! Personnel is incompetent and if they don't feel like it is simply not delivered and you can then go and pick them up.

Although I waited 2.30 hours for my food, the boss was very nice and gave me the food for free and it was delicious. Something like that happens in a super-regulated manner

It's a bit more expensive but it's worth it. Really delicious the pizzas 😊 Once something went wrong with an order and they exchanged it without arguing.

After two bad experiences, given another chance. Waited another 2 hours for the delivery and then forgot a dish. Doesn't work at all. Was the last order there!

Tastes very good, unfortunately the delivery times are always exceeded. We often ordered during lunch break. We can no longer do this because the break was over until the pizza came. (Despite ordering early).

Delicious food, best pizza delivery service It's just a shame that the tiramisu now only tastes like cream with spoon biscuits. A few months ago was a much better mascarpone cream! (Hope the responsible dessert reads this here ;-))

For my personal taste, best Italian Food delivery service in Ulm / Neu-Ulm. It's best to order by phone.

Food was ordered, delivery came to the front door after 50 minutes (30 minutes were specified) but the noodles were wrong. We then called and informed the pizzeria. It was said that it would be sent back immediately, after a good 45 minutes the food came. Then the driver was so brazen and didn't want to bring the food up. (It said he mustn't bring it up, but his colleague brought it up, really funny!) "Super" SERVICE, REALLY!

In the meantime we have already ordered more than 10 times over the past 3 years. By far my favorite pizza service in the area. Uncomplicated ordering with many options for customizing the court. Very friendly service, both for delivery and for collection on site. Always my pleasure.

Small cozy restaurant. The lady serving was helpful and made us feel welcome. Maybe only minus was that I couldn't change allergens free of charge.

I love the pizza here, It's cozy place. You should try pizza once in this place. I am not happy with Pasta much of Tomato sauce.

Tasted really weird...very oily pasta and the tomato sauce was too much for the penne..

Small place, in the summer you can also sit outside. Pizza was good, but not special in a sense. Would definitely visit again, maybe pasta next time.

One can try delicious Italian cuisine. You can just order any pizza, all of them are amazing.

Good Pizza, Good Panini and delivery sharp on time. For a company party on Eselsberg (in Ulm) I ordered a day earlier 10 different pizzas in Party size and number of different Panini's to be delivered at 13:00. Delivery was 15min earlier and the guests liked the pizzas a lot. The Paninis were a surprise to many people and were also soon gone. For the next company party I would order from Vabene again.

Quite small but very cozy with Italian music in the background. Pizza was delicious, staff friendly.
